It’s been busy and impactful times at the Aboriginal Lands Trust!

Our CEO attended the David Unaipon Commemoration, reflecting on the profound legacy of the former Aboriginal Taskforce.

As an alumnus, our CEO shared how its culturally safe and supportive environment, curriculum, and community left a lasting impression on their journey. It was wonderful to also hear from fellow former student Professor Tom Calma and counsellor Professor MaryAnn Bin-Sallik.

Later in the week, our CEO joined the Women’s Leadership Summit, drawing inspiration from notable speakers including Guardian Shona Reid, Former Prime Minister Julia Gillard, and Senator Hillary Clinton, who all focused on a future of possibilities.

Meanwhile, our incredible and dedicated team has been out in the field at Nipaphana, Iga Warta, and Copley, progressing vital environmental health activities for the Trachoma Elimination program

We’re proud to be working hard on these and many other important initiatives for our communities.
